Phat Jack’s was founded in the fall of 2006. This young couple was raised right here in Nebraska. Matthew, is a graduate of Lincoln High School. His wife, Jackie, is a graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School. They moved to Olathe, KS after they married in the fall of 2004 where they began their family and started competitive BBQ as a hobby. Matt is a member of the Kansas City Bar-B-Que Society and a certified judge. They are proud to share their accomplishments with you.
