The same brisket you have come to love topped with slaw.

Pulled Pork
Generously rubbed with Phat Jack's combination of spices and slow smoked for 12 to 14 hours to give you a pulled pork sandwich you'll come back for.


Carolina Style
Our award winning pork served with a Carolina vinegar based BBQ sauce and topped with coleslaw.


Psycho
Don't want to have to pick between Pork or Brisket then this is the sandwich for you. It's both Brisket and Pork!


The Veggie Way
For all you vegetarians we have a perfect sandwich. We top our classic bun with coleslaw, tomato, red onion, olives and provolone cheese then drizzled with sauce.

Pork Ribs
Seasoned with our special blend of spices and slow cooked for 6 to 8 hours. When you bite into a rib it should be so tender and moist that it pulls cleanly away from the bone.

Our Story

Our Story

Phat Jacks was founded in the fall of 2006. This young couple was raised right here in Nebraska. Matthew is a graduate of Lincoln High School, his wife Jackie is a graduate of Lincoln Northeast High School. They moved to Olathe, KS after they married in the fall of 2004 where they began their family and started competitive BBQ as a hobby. Matt is a member of the Greater Omaha BBQ Society, Kansas City Bar-b-que society, and a certified judge. They are proud to share their accomplishments with you.
